Computer Tech with knowledge and experience with macros in Excel, Visual Basic or Macro Express 3, etc.
Immediate opening for macro expert to assist real estate executive. You should be a good communicator with in English, . Though our business is in Ohio, USA, you will work from your home. Work will involve automating a process that starts with a list of addresses that we down load weekly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for scores of homes in our area, then finding on a certain public web site the owners names, addresses, and phone numbers, and then to look up the estimated value of each home at several web sites and then posting that information to Excel in a database. We will designate the websites where you can find the home’s values.
We have not recruited such a person as you before, so we propose that you work for us 20 hours per week for 4 weeks at $3.20 per hour, and then $3.60 per hour for a 2nd 4 weeks of this trial period, giving us a period of time to evaluate your work. When we are satisfied you have made us more productive, we will raise your pay to $4.00 per hour. And later we expect to increase the hours substantially. This is not expected to be a temporary position. Although this is a starting position, there is great room for advancement into higher pay position as our company becomes more profitable.
