Job Vacancy Regional Director in ten years,Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate and individual customers in Business Risk Management, MPF, Group Insurance & General Insurance, life & medical insurance, investment funds and household insurance
- Build and manage a large sales team in our agency hierarchy
Requirements:
- Strictly Hong Kong resident with valid HK ID card
- Fluent Cantonese
- Degree holder
- 5 yrs or above working experience preferably in banking, finance, sales, marketing, management field or as a business owner
- Immediate past annual income not less then $300,000
- Mature & possess good interpersonal skills
- Not involved in bankruptcy
Other Options Available:
- “Mature candidates” with rich management experience may apply for direct entry to our senior managerial positions: business development manager, unit manager or higher level manager
- “Serious candidates” with lower academic qualifications or lesser working experience are encouraged to try our junior positions: financial advisor, financial planning officer, assistant financial planning manager
Remuneration:
- Monthly allowance up to $ 25,000
- Plus high commission rate
