Job Vacancy CEO - Private Aviation,A 5 year old jet charter company is seeking a dynamic leader capable of re-energizing the management team and fostering a culture of performance, innovation and accountability. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and shareholders, the CEO will have total P&L responsibility for the design and implementation of all strategic initiatives to take the company “to the next level”. We’re looking for someone that has a strong track record of leadership, communication, and success in rebuilding, if not turning around, an organization. Previous private aviation industry and MBA candidates are preferred. This position is salaried (competitive and DOE) with full benefits.
Responsibilities include:
-Leading the company’s strategic direction
-Strengthening the management team
-Accountability for financial performance
-Building new partnerships
-Managing revenue growth through online sales
-Maintaining a clear channel of communication between the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and all shareholders.
Requirements:
-5+ years of management experience
-Bachelors degree from a top university
-2+ years aviation industry experience
Pluses:
-MBA
-Sales experience
-Up to date with current internet marketing strategies
